| 29 April 2009 The Operational Heads of Airports Conference, organised by Frontex, will be held in Warsaw, on 29-30 April 2009. The primary aims of the conference will be to augment the opportunities for a more integrated approach to air border controls, share peer to peer experience and views, explore related topics such as the practical usage of API etc. and to discuss, in depth, the Hammer Joint Operation and how Frontex might further enhance cooperation, organization and deployment for future operational activities. 76 participants from 27 Member States and Schengen Associated Countires as well as Interpol and Europol will take part in the Conference.
