| 11 October 2007 IOM Kyiv in partnership with the International Migration Law and Legal Affairs Department (IML) at IOM Headquarters in Geneva organized a seminar on International Migration Law for government officials from Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. The event took place in Kyiv on 8-11 October 2007. Participants in this training course discussed and partook in interactive exercises on migrants’ rights and legislative issues related to international migration. Government representatives were provided with the latest information on International Migration Law. The seminar was supported by the EU as part of IOM Kyiv's Capacity Building in Migration Management Programme (CBMM).
